This upcoming Saturday on the 15th of April 2023, Taylor’s Community is having an upcycling workshop in collaboration with Taylor’s students from Taylor’s Nature Club (TNC). The program is named Kertas Krafting and is going to be conducted at one of the refugee schools, Warrior Bride Learning Centre. The aim of this program is to nurture young minds on sustainability which will help the participants to have an awareness of protecting the environment. The participants will be able to learn about the importance of upcycling and repurposing waste. In this program, the participants will learn how to make their own paper by using recycled paper. Additionally, they will be given an opportunity to unleash their creativity through making canvas textured paintings and could stand a chance to win fun prizes!
