On Saturday, 12th of January 2019 our PK participants learned about online businesses. <\/span>The morning started with a session on how to promote your products for free, led by Grub Cycle.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Grub Cycle is a Social Enterprise aiming to place the lost value back onto food as something that should be eaten and not thrown away. Through Grub Cycle, the team is raising awareness of food waste by making surplus food accessible to buy at a bargain price.<\/span><\/p>\n

The afternoon session focused on the benefits of bringing your busin<\/span>ess to a<\/span>n online platform and was led by MyBazaar who also gave our participants access to their platform. <\/span>Since the launch of its Malaysian operations, MyBazar has quickly established itself as the leading digital platform for local merchants and small entrepreneurs in Malaysia, blending a unique mix of capacity development, social shopping and e-commerce.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>Simultaneously, the Program Kembara Kanak-Kanak \u00a0(PKKK) class had an incredible turn out involving \u00a029 children. Various activities were carried out to instil a sense of responsibilities and team building habit amongst the children. They returned home with plenty of goodies and new knowledge.<\/span><\/p>\n
