Our first collaborative effort with AseZ in support of their Reduce Crime Together Project kicked off to a good start! We got 30 participants of refugee students from three different refugee beneficiaries, MON, GHALC and Rainbow of Love school to attend the first program on ‘Understanding My Various Characters’. All the participants came with high spirits to learn the key elements to build a good character development. As a result, 80% of participants understands ways to develop their own self-identity.
Moreover, the 62% of participants felt their self-confidence boosted from doing team activities with their new peers from different schools. Also, AseZ provided the opportunity to show the participants on various Korean Culture Activities which they were extremely excited to try. Among the participants, they enjoyed playing YutNori and Jae Gi Cha Gi as it enabled them to build their team building skills. Overall, the students were happy with program and we are pleased with the outcome of the program conducted by AseZ.
